There’s a guy at the gym who stares into my eyes intensely. He’s started conversations with me many times & joins in conversations I’m having with other people.
I like him. But I’m shy. I struggle to hold eye contact, I look down, then look up & he’s still staring at me, then I look down again scared but excited.
He told me he is addicted to the gym & about his strict routine. I love his muscles, I want to compliment & touch them but I’m not sure how to ask or say it 🙈

Most guys are very open, and don’t mind attention from women. There’s probably nothing you can do wrong and the guy will be understanding if he’s single.
