I find my country music from the K Rose radio station in GTA San Andreas.
I only listen to old country music from various artist compilations like TimeLife. Current country often not much different from other pop music, without a deep story in the lyrics, with electronic sounds, sometimes even rap, and with dynamic compression.

In Ireland there is a massive fan base of country music, at least every second taxi is tune to some country radio. I can´t remember the name of them though, but you could easily find it
Not much of a fan, but it’s very big in Ireland. There are a couple radio stations which are pretty much devoted to it and the tv channel TG4 often has stuff on it. The Late Late Show, the longest running chat show in the world, had an episode dedicated to it a while ago with Dolly Parton. There are also a lot of singers here who do be on TV every now and then.
