Unless you have very niche skills, it’s unlikely you’ll get a visa to work here.
If you’ve got a valid visa, you’ve got as good a chance as anyone with the same qualifications and experience as you. You don’t give us much information though.

If you don’t have the right to work from a valid visa or citizenship then you will need to have a skill that is on the shortage list.
