So I’m looking into getting some toys for myself and my husband, we never thought about getting stuff for the bedroom since we both are really happy with what we are currently having.

I think you could call us pretty vanilla but at the same time not, we enjoy our spicy time, we have this obsession with public play, but I think that’s pretty common with this generation, my hubby is a bit conflicted when it comes to toys but he’s open to trying them.

I’ve seen a lot of men getting frightened when it comes to toys, I have no clue why since it’s not replacing anything, it’s just a possibility to make the experience a lot more intense. So I wanna ask for some recommendations for toys! Like it can be anything! We have an open mind to this!

  1. Need some more info. Toys are like shoes, there are lots of different styles and they are designed to serve different needs. Are you looking for clitoral stimulators? G spot action? Just a rubber cock? Anal toys?

  2. Really anything. Bullet vibes are a good place to start due to versatility.

Regarding trepidation with toys, women have their own hangups with them; but, they usually only discover them after seeing them used. There have been more than a few posts on here of women feeling inadequate / disgusted / intimidated by a Fleshlight or Tenga after seeing what it can make their SO do and feel.

  3. Easy!

We-Vibe if you both want to experience it.

Womanizer if it’s just something the two of you will use on you.

  4. it’s really easy to spice things up! Like handcuffs, duck tape, or even some sex dice! Especially the one with a lot of options! And you spin it every 20-30m trust me that’s gonna drain the power out of both of you and also leave you guys relaxed as heck

  5. A vibrator would be pretty good to use. And on the topic of him being insecure, it’s usually when the toy makes up for a lack of penis. Dildos,Strap-on,sleeves etc. and there’s many cases where it does become a replacement. Or that they use the toys way more than the guy. It happens. But if he’s open to toys, I don’t think you have much to worry about

  6. Wevibe has a good collection. Bit on the pricey side but better quality.

You can start with little cock ring vibrators.

I recommend going to a sex shop and talking to each other as you look around. Also talk to the sales person there, that can help direct you if you have some questions. Don’t be shy, they are used to all the questions.

  7. I totally get men being hesitant with toys tho, though I was like that with my man haha, we’re long-distance and he wanted to get a pocket toy, and I was like he’s trying to replace me, it’s just a toy, a simple toy that can make moments more fun, especially when he lets me tell him how to use it.

  8. I got my girlfriend a lovense Dolce and it is awesome. She pops it in, I open the app on my phone and I can control it myself or I can put on a program someone created and watch her. There is also a wifi feature so if your partner or you are out of town you can still link up and play, or allow strangers to control it. A wand is also a good purchase, just a quick stroll through the different vibration settings is usually a good way to get things warmed up.

I can’t remember what I have, I think its called a sucking good. It’s basically a very large Fleshlight (not a Fleshlight brand product) with a sucking function. It’s a bit unwieldy because it’s almost a foot long when assembled and the sucking feature is ok but there doesn’t seem to find a way to change the suction level so you may have to turn it off to move in and out. It feels good but you can get the same thing far cheaper with a basic Fleshlight that has a hole in the bottom that allows you to control the suction level.

Take a trip to your local sexy store and just check stuff out or go to a few websites and browse. If you find something your interested in look around a bit and you’ll find a video of someone reviewing it or using it so you can decide if it’s for you or not. Plus there’s the bonus of after doing this you’re both probably going to be in the mood.

  9. Mini-rabbit. You get the enjoyment for your clit with the ears of a normal rabbit without the phallus part. This one is great in the bedroom because there’s no worries of size/technique comparison for PiV for my bf, which I think might be why men can be nervous about adding women’s toys to the mix.

  10. I definitely recommend starting off with a small vibrator. It will be less intimidating for him, and get the ball rolling on introducing toys. That’s how I started with my wife and it was great

  11. We-Vibe is an excellent toy that both can enjoy. Bit expensive I’d say but worth it

  12. Well I have experience with sex toys and right now, I would say that I am addicted, My ex-boyfriend introduced me to sex toys when I was 18, I had no idea how sex toys work and how they can make you feel. My first ever sex toy was a butterfly desire vibe, That was my first sex toy and my first time to ever squirt. I know it’s super difficult for only penetrations of the penis to make a female orgasm, My first sex toy was pretty intense but as of now, I have tried a variety of them lol. FYI the sex toy I used first was intense, not sure if you wanna try it out lol.
