Gyms have personal trainers who help you reach your fitness goals. Is there a socialising equivalent where someone helps you determine your problems, suggests improvements and gives a structured plan on how you can develop?

Basically someone who gives one on one sessions to help you reach your socialising goals and helps with things like body language, facial expressions, acknowledgements and reactions to comments, dealing with different social situations etc.

  1. One thing that really helped me with my social skills was joining toastmasters and getting more comfortable with public speaking.
