Take a chance on me
It’s such a happy melody about a girl who is head over heels about a guy who isn’t really interested in her. But she stays hanging around, hoping that he’ll take a chance on her.
If you change your mind

Motorhead have done some surprisingly versatile stuff. But then, life’s full of surprises, they do that too.
Halsey – Sorry
Halestorm.. familiar taste of poison. Its her voice.
Over the rainbow, but, by that Hawaiian guy. I can’t even be in the same room when it’s on. They played it at my sister-in-law‘s wedding a few years ago and I had to excuse myself. It’s too heartbreaking for me

Makes me think of the people and animals I have lost over the years. Usually it makes me think of my grandfather.
Realising he’ll never meet whoever I’ll end up with, my possible future kids… Hell, even the fact that he passed a year ago while my proclamation for my Master will be in 3 months… he barely missed it.
I’m an atheist, yet I’d wish heaven did exist such that I could eventually go up to him and tell him about everything.
And I will be telling my future partner about him. And if I get kids, they will see funny videos of him.
Damn. Writing this makes me close to tearing up.
Can I answer?
Someone Like You – Adele
Heard it for the first time on the day my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Still can’t hear it.
