18. 10 years later and we’re married now.

Edit: he committed suicide nearly 2 yrs ago and was highly emotionally unstable. Set the stage for the rest of my life until age 24.

I was 17 when I started my first serious relationship. I had a few of the typical “we’re boyfriend/girlfriend” in elementary school and middle school but those lasted weeks or months and it was all in name only. I was 23-24 when I had my first long term , serious relationship.

I think it’ll be the relationship i look back at with happiness and good memories but the ending of it broke me for awhile. Its a different feeling when a good relationship comes to an end.
