What are the best glute exercises at home that you consider the best based on the experience of good results?

  1. Yoga and Pilates in general, specifically though I find warrior poses the best. Plié squats as well.

  2. Lunges, dead lifts, Romanian dead lifts. Sumo squat. Banded fire hydrants. But lunges are the best.

  3. Yoga daily and squats/lunges with weights a few times a week have kept me in good shape.

  4. Single leg glute bridges, Bulgarian split squats, lunges, step ups, sumo squats, RDLs. All done preferably with dumbbells!

  5. lunges, glute bridges, donkey kicks, and fire hydrants. do them all with a resistance band. results vary for everyone but for someone who is quad dominant, this helped me a lot! after a while you will need to get tighter bands or start using weights.

  6. The clam exercise targets the glute medius which creates a lift and a nice shapely bum
