   Asking questions-like very much

2. Like: Questions or problems with an attempt at coming up with an answer or solution before coming to me. It’s just like school, showing your work is worth some points even if your final answer isn’t correct.

   Dislike: “I want next week off. I have had plans for months but am only telling you about it now, the Friday before, so that you have no time to plan. Also, Bob smells and you need to tell him to use deodorant because you are his boss.”
