What are the chances of getting pregnant with PCOS?

2. At a population level, women with PCOS have the same number of children by the end of our childbearing years as women who don’t have PCOS.

   Personally, I am pregnant for the second time after three cycles of ovulation induction and timed intercourse. A friend of mine with PCOS got pregnant without any assistance on her first try off birth control.
