I (17, ftm, also a huge homo) have been transitioning since I was 11, and I pass off as a guy very well. I’m not old enough to get surgery, and this is a huge issue for dating. I don’t like telling people I am transgender, and I simply tell people I’m a boy (which I suppose I am, but I feel like I should be saying more). Whenever I tell someone I am trans they are usually gunning for the front hole, and don’t see me as a guy at all, how the fuck do I go out with anyone like this?

I think you need to talk to other FtM people to get their experience. I’m commenting in hope that the post floats high enough that the people you need advice from take notice.
I’m sure there are more trans experience focused subreddits you could try.
