Context:
Hey all! So, my girlfriend (F24) and me (M24) were talking about our plans after we finish college (next year). She is getting a veterinary degree, and I am getting an industrial engineering one. We are both from Brazil and have been together for 6 years.
She said that the employment relationship between veterinary clinics and doctors is very precarious in most cities of Brazil. As in, they often don’t have any formal relationship, only a verbal agreement. This really shook me, cause it means she won’t have any labor rights or security/stability. Is this common in Europe as well?
So, my question is how are those relationships in your country?
