Hello I need someone to give me their perspective on how to make this friend… it’s a coworker who asked for my socials even tho we only talked like 2 times. And now I wanna ask them to hang out how should I do this, like should I text for a few days first to get to know them better? Or just ask to hang out right away? (At a place they mentioned). How do I know if they’re interested in hanging out, like does someone giving me their socials indicate they would like that? Or could it just mean they are friendly and don’t really care about an outside of work relationship with me. Someone please help I’m not the best with friend making.

Say “Hey, you mentioned that you wanna go to that place. That got me curious about that. So, I was thinking maybe we could hangout together?”
