What are y’all cooking on the Fourth of July?

1. I’m going to do chili dogs using Vienna Frank’s (hot dogs in casing) and homemade, from scratch, fries. Strawberry Jello with bananas and manderine oranges.

2. Gotta be burgers and dogs right? Classic grill and chill food.

3. hot dogs, potato salad, cheeseburgers and beer (light beer because i want to keep my figure)

4. We’re grilling impossible burgers with corn on the cob

5. My husband got some pork butt. So he’ll smoke that. Nothin extravagant, just the 2 of us.

6. Nothing out of the ordinary, I’m giving it a miss this year.

7. Burgers and brats with potato salad and regular salad. Sauerkraut for the brats and spicy mustard. Cheese for the burgers. Nothing crazy.

8. Grilling Sunday, making 3 racks of ribs and making some side dishes, idk what yet

9. myself. i’m getting cooked. green > red, white, blue

10. Yakiniku of vegetables, rib eye and chicken

11. I’ve been craving some deviled eggs so that and probably a hot dog and grilled corn on the cob.

12. Ribeyes, sweet corn, potato salad, cucumber slaw, baked beans. Only five of us so this is smaller than our usual spread. I might bake an apple pie if I have time tomorrow.

13. For our neighborhood fireworks today I’m doing dry-aged brisket, twice baked potato casserole, watermelon, cherry pie, and bourbon brown sugar vanilla ice cream.

    For the actual 4th tomorrow I’m doing sous vide NY strip steaks, summer salad, homemade bread, and an American flag cake.

14. Nothing. I’m going to the street festival and eating from carts. Definitely some kind of grilled meat and something else deep fried. I’ll figure it out when I get there
