I had my frenulum breve surgery 2 years ago, during covid. Ever since, I can’t remember me feeling the feeling you do at the tip of your penis during ejaculation. This was what helped me get the most out of an orgasm. Is this normal? How do I fix this?

Frenulum is one of the most sensitive parts of the penis. When the foreskin moves up and down this stimulates the frenulum. Is your frenulum still intact?
