By usable:
* I can send some messages in response to other people.
* I can read messages people send me.
* I can browse who is availabe.
* I can search for matches.
Acceptable limitations.
* Some only allow viewing X profiles a day.
* Some only allow a small number of messages per day.
* Some only allow filtering on a few attributes.

Useful ones I’ve found so far:
* Fet Life. Mostly ad supported, but not obnoxiously.
* Recon. Mostly ad supported. some features require paid plan.
* Hinge. Good model for long term relations.
* Growlr. Have to re-create search each time.
* Grindr. Only shows you most recent viewer.
* Daddyhunt.
* Silver Daddies. Clunky interface.
Ones with caveats:
* Scruff. Essentially no users in our area. Allows essentiallly empty profiles.
* Adam4Adam. No one in our area. Broken search engine. (Tried increasing radii with no results until I got to 400 km then I get 76 results, some within 40 km.
Unusable ones. These nag you to death, and you cannot respond to messages without a paid plan.
* Be Naughty
* Mennation
* Zoosk
* AdultFriendFinder

That is a pretty strict list of requirements… majority of apps that will have that will barely have any registered users on it
