My wife and I tried for years to get her to squirt. She had one or two episodes – usually in very unusual situations.
Now, it happens very reliably for her, but she does usually need to be at least somewhat intoxicated (i.e. super relaxed and inhibitions lowered). She has to be VERY turned on for it to happen.
