How do you keep your bust firm without plastic surgery?

  1. Comes down to connective tissue so you can’t really do anything. If you have big boobs you already lost because you can’t turn off gravity. With small boobs you have an advantage and you might create the illusion of being a little perkier by training your chest, but that’s it. There is no magic bra or cream that will keep your boobs firm and will prevent the normal ageing process completely.

  2. Boob tape that shit up and hope it doesn’t hurt like a mofo when you take it off!
I’ve started focusing more on upper body exercises, to strengthen shoulder and chest muscles, hoping this keeps the boobs up as I get older too! 😂

  3. Idk how old you are, but bras can prevent this. I read about it a long time ago, it’s something like when you wear a bra for support, the tissue in the underside of your breasts doesn’t develop the strength to support the them because it’s always being “helped out” by the bra. Luckily I’ve always hated bras, and now I basically only wear them to work, but I’ve noticed that my bust looks the same whether in a bra or not, which hopefully means the underboob tissue can support my size. I’m not enormous, but average, and I’m in my twenties so it may too early to tell, but mine do seem significantly less saggy than other girls my age and size. I don’t know if the tissue develops whenever you stop wearing a bra or if it only develops when you’re still growing. Sorry, I know this isn’t super scientific, I’m just speaking from memory and observation, maybe you could read about this?

  4. Thank you for reponses 🙂 I’ve lost 10 kilos and now I have boobs like my grandma. What’s the best chest workout by your experience?

  5. Upper chest excersises, pushup for sure…chest presses with dumbells also help.

Develop the upper chest muscle, it helps hold them up.
