I feel like I am just wasting my time and money on them again.
Years ago when I was working a job with a rotating shift pattern, I had no social life and no opportunities to meet with people and figured it would be worth giving the apps a go. Ended up creating accounts on multiple apps and taking out a lot of monthly subscriptions for them.
The result? Never got any matches or any women messaging me first, my messages got ignored and I just ended up wasting a fair bit of money on subscriptions. Eventually I gave up 6 months later, cancelled all my subscriptions and deleted my profiles.
Recently I have given them another go to see if I could get anything out of them. Took a single subscription last month with Match and lo and behold, no matches or messages yet again. I honestly don’t get the point of it now. Why do I even bother with them if I’m still not going to have any success on there?
Edit: I’ve gone ahead and cancelled my subscription with them and deleted my account as it’s proving to be nothing more than a waste of time and money and does nothing for my self esteem.

i think it’s rare. i matched with like 900 guys on bumble and i think having all those options actually ruined things because i was so unimpressed by everyone and got super picky. so i would only swipe on super attractive guys and then most of them were terrible at conversations so even with that many matches, i didn’t have much luck. i much prefer meeting people out and about
I tried Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge with only getting one match that actually turned into anything, but we broke up after 4 months. But on Match, I found my current GF. We’ve been dating since September and it’s going great. We’re genuinely in love with eachother and we each believe the relationship will result in marriage. But it took me months to find her. And the search sucked. I recommend sticking with match though as it allows you to have more info on your profile and since it costs more than the others, you tend to get people who are more seriously looking for an actual relationship.

Can you clarify what do u mean by 0 matches and 0 likes? I can make a orge profile and get 1 or 2 likes of bots. How can you get 0? You are clearly lying.
