Let’s say for example I have just started a job and every one of my coworkers likes cars, sports, drinking sessions, call of duty, DOTA2, hustling, listening to podcasts, political debates, debates in general, joking about other coworkers behind their back, and KPOP.
While I like Pokemon, Going to the gym, Digital Drawing, Lofi-Hiphop, Video Game OSTS, Casual and/or Indie Video Games, Genshin Impact, Chillaxing, Movie/Series References, Dank Memes, Wierd Youtube Videos, Jontron, Chicken Wings, and Milktea.
Do i have to force myself to learn to like what they like…or do something else?

You don’t have to force yourself to learn what they like, but it would definitely help. Overall just genuinely listening and interacting with them should be good start.
