I (25m) have been been suffering from really low stamina for a few years now when I masturbate and I’m worried poor habits have caused it.

I’ve spent a long time masturbating porn exclusively with my only goal as reaching orgasm as quickly as I can, often fast forwarding to time it with the “moneyshot”. Also, in the last few years I have developed a habit of masturbating several times over many days before orgasming. However, there hasn’t been any “edging” effect happening, instead I just pick up where I left off right on the edge of orgasm

As a result, most sessions last under 30 seconds before I’m right on the edge of orgasm, some being near instant. I was wondering if anyone could offer advice on how to masturbate in order to undo this and get to a point where I can last a decent amount of time so that if I become sexually active I don’t embarrass myself

Also, I’ve had anxiety and depression for 10 years so these may be effecting my sexual performance maybe and I have tried pelvic floor exercises but they haven’t worked, you shouldn’t do them anyway unless advised by a doctor

  1. Slow your pace. Use a beat video on YouTube to time your strokes. Pick a very slow beat at the beginning. Make it faster as you get better. At the point of orgasm, stop. Wait 5 minutes. Do it again. Then you’re free to orgasm.

    Do this while you watch porn or whatever it is you want to wank to. Do it only every other day, not every day. Over time, you’ll get better. Patience is the key.

    Who told you that? That’s like saying you shouldn’t do squats unless advised by a doctor.

    It’s just a muscle, and it can be trained. You just have to do those exercises correctly and it should work.

    Most men can’t even tell which muscles are supposed to be worked on.
