Block all contact with her, block her social media, her phone, and don’t try to reach out to her.
Then you just gotta cry and hurt. Embrace the hurt, ball your eyes out, scream, be mad, be sad, cry yourself to sleep and just feel. After a week you will still feel hurt, after a month you will still break down in tears from time to time, but this is the healing process. Something you must do.
With time this will pass. We’ve all been there and we’ve all moved on to better things. Feel the feelings you have right now but don’t let them control you. One day it will be much easier. 😊
One day you’ll see the fantasy isn’t real and you dodged a bullet.
