So I have volunteered to do a project starting next year. Initially it was just me and another person, and he didn’t seem to have much interest in leading or organising.
But now another guy has volunteered, even though a third person is completely unnecessary, and is trying to steer the project in a different direction to me. How do I overrule him when I don’t have any authority over him, without creating bad will or anything?
