I’ve recently tried this and can squirt out a slippery liquid. About a tablespoon or less. Is this ‘cum’ or am I just squeezing out pee and it’s mixing with my natural lubrication? I haven’t done this with a partner yet as I don’t want to just force pee onto them.
I smelled the wet spot afterwards and it does have a bit of a pee smell.
Will add that my partner does make me squirt but it’s not an orgasm and is a completely different texture and volume of liquid.

It’s likely a little bit of both ejaculate and pee. If it feels good to you, then shouldn’t hold yourself back when with a partner.
Ejaculation for men does not require any kind of pushing, it just happens automatically. I can’t speak for women, but in general it seems like anything you need to push out like that isn’t the automatic experience that most people would consider to be squirt (which is pretty much assumed to be the female equivalent of a male ejaculation).
In studies where they looked at female ejaculation, the liquid that came out was not very much (like 10 to 20 mL). Porn style squirting (a huge shower of liquid) is a full-blown performance of peeing.
IMO, if you have to push like that to get it out, you’re probably training yourself to pee as part of your orgasm, instead of it being a true “squirt”.
