With my male friends, I’ll sleep in my boxers and so do they.
Female friends, unless I’m extremely close to them, I’ll put on shorts.
I sleep naked. Doesn’t matter who is sharing the room.
I’m sleeping in boxers no matter what.
Thong
Boxers. It doesn’t matter if it’s a dude or a chick.
Male friends, t shirt, pajama pants, and socks.
Female friends, nude except for nipple clamps and socks.
Boxers if it’s hot, boxers and a tank top if it’s cold. Doesn’t matter who else’s in there.
Boxers because my friends are adults and they also sleep in their underwear.
Sometimes when drinking people get naked, but you can always just throw a blanket on the naked people.
With a male I would just wear underwear. I wouldn’t share a room with a female.
Gym shorts and maybe a tshirt. Nothing more revealing then they’d see if we went swming.
I sleep naked usually or just boxers but I’ve stayed in a hotel with my best mate (he’s male). I wore shorts and a t-shirt. I took off my shirt before bed because I like to sleep shirtless at least, and who cares? I put it back on in the morning.

I’ve stayed in a cabin with female mates too, and I wore the same thing. The only difference was I waited till the lights were out, then took off my shirt and just kept it near me so I could throw it back on in the morning so they didn’t feel I was getting too comfortable.
I wouldn’t get a hotel room with friends I’m uncomfortable with seeing me in underwear, so while I normally sleep naked, in this case I would sleep in my boxer briefs regardless of male or female
Male – I just wear boxers.
Female – T and Shorts.
I told my female friend that her evening wear was too tight and revealing and it made me uncomfortable. She got really upset with me and said “then wear your own!”
A girl – whatever I want,
Boy – pyjama
Same thing I always wear.
Shorts and a tee.
Comfortable clothes but the full shirt, boxers, shorts set up. Same for men or women.
I normally sleep naked, but with a non partner, I would probably wear shorts. Male or female.
I take off my artifical skin. There are no secrets among friends
The times this has happened were either group contexts where we all basically wore either pajamas or t-shirts + lounge pants or it was just me and another guy, so boxers that weren’t going to result in flashing one another were sufficient instead of having to go all the way up to full length pants.
>Does it change if the friend is male or female?
Of course, if it’s a woman then I have to weigh how attractive she is and how likely it is that we’ll end up fucking or in some compromising situation beyond the compromising situation of sharing a bed in the first place, or if we’re somehow both dead set against fucking, making sure that I’m wearing something that I’ll be comfortable sleeping on the floor/couch in.
Whereas with a guy, just having separate covers and a barrier or significant distance between us and not sleeping while naked or wearing too little clothing is sufficient.
regardless of their sex, it’s just going to be boxers. I’m going to sleep comfortable, if they have a problem with it, wear an eyemask.
I won’t share a hotel room with a female that is not my wife or immediate relative. That’s just not proper for a married man. If sharing a hotel room with another man, gym shorts. If that ain’t modest enough for the male roommate, he’s welcome to go get another room.
Male- only boxers and tank top
Female- underwear under boxers and a t-shirt
Boxers by the very least
Just my regular sleepwear: T-shirt, sweatpants or shorts
T-shirt and boxers. Doesn’t matter if they’re male or female.
I have shared a hotel room with both male and female friends. With male friends, I sleep in my underwear and shirtless. With female friends, I ask them if they are comfortable with me sleeping in my underwear. None have objected although I usually wear a t-shirt too.
Shorts. Like running shorts over my underwear. That’s it. It wouldn’t matter if I’m sharing the room with Queen Elizabeth.
