Crumbl has locations in the majority of states, so I figure that it’s well-known enough to get an opinion from a lot of people.

  1. There’s a new one near me. I’ve been a few times. I’m not a huge sweets person but its pretty good.

  2. I literally only heard of this like, Tuesday from some random Instagram reel. Lol

I just googled. There aren’t any near me. But holy shit. $4 for a cookie?!

  3. I thought it was good, not the best I’ve ever had. The eclectic selection was nice tho.

  4. Eh, its okay. I don’t think its worth it for what they charge though, at least for an individual cookie. Which is like $4 for the basic chocolate chip after taxes.

But they’ve opened up like a dozen locations in metro Indy with long lines so what do I know.

Its cool that they’re open late, but strangely none of their locations in Indy are in nightlife areas. So its like…what’s the point of being open late in some random ass strip mall?

  5. Yes.

    Tasty cookies.

There’s a local cookie place that makes better, and more interesting, cookies though.

  6. I like them in small doses. I have to cut the cookie up into fourths. And more than that slice at a time is way to much sugar.

  7. this is only something I’ve seen on TikTok, so it doesn’t really feel like a real thing.

seems like they’re probably really overpriced from what I can tell.

  8. Overrated. Local bakeries in my area have way tastier treats. The one thing crumbl has over them is that they deliver and are open late, but even then I don’t think it’s worth it.

  9. There are two things I will never buy at a restaurant

    – Cookies

    – Spaghetti

One time someone ordered Doordash to my apartment by mistake and my roommates and I shared the cookies. Was very underwhelmed and seeing the receipt that came with the cookies…feel bad they didn’t get their cookies

They also had a huge PR campaign on tiktok a few months ago that got really annoying.

  10. I think they’re pretty good. Given the choice, though, I’d usually rather spend the money (and calories) on a fancy cupcake instead.

  11. They’re greatly overrated but my kids love them. That’s their target market, teenagers whose parents have money. Lol. Their boxes are just like Starbucks cups. Doesn’t matter how good the product is, it’s all about the container.

  12. I have never heard of Crumbl Cookies, apparently there are a few in New Jersey, and one is one about 20 minutes or so from my house.

    Hail corporate!

  13. Mother in law kept going on and on about them, so I broke down and went with her. Honestly the way she was talking about them you would think they cured cancer. They were just ok, I wouldn’t really say even that good. They happened to have my favorite cookie that day, so I thought it was a fair shout for them. But it was disappointing

  14. I’d never heard of this chain until today. One just opened near me and I noticed the place for the first time a few hours ago.

Haven’t tried it and prob won’t. I bake and cookies are easy. No way am I paying $4 for something I can make in 30 min or less.

  15. It’s fine i have only been there a few times. It’s not that great but it is not terrible it is adequate.

  16. I went there while on a vacation and i thought they were amazing! The Boston Cream cookie and the chocolate chip cookie were standouts

  17. We just got our first one near me that opened last week. First day, there was a line 75 people deep. Today, no line. Place is empty. Comparatively the Chick-fil-A in the same strip mall that opened 2 years ago has had a steady line every single hour of every day for the past 2 years. I love cookies but I’ll just go to a locally owned bakery where the owner gives me free taralles because he knows my husband 🤷‍♀️

  18. they’re pretty good. i used to work there so i got cookies for free but they got rid of delivery drivers so that sucked.

  19. It’s all hype… they don’t even make a good chocolate chip cookie!! How can you not get that right first?

  20. I haven’t but there’s one I’ll pass by tomorrow actually when I go to olive garden lol. My sister loves them

  21. They just opened one up near me and the wait was over two hours. The average wait time is still over an hour. Once I realized this was a chain and their cookies just looked like the shitty ones I have made for classroom parties, it’s a hard pass.

  22. I like it, but usually feel bad about what I’ve done after eating a cookie. Also I hate how they list the calories for a cookie as being like 100 calories, but then that’s per serving and a single cookie 6 servings. Like who eats 1/6 of a cookie?

Some of their flavors are better than others though. If we’re going for chain dessert stores, I would rather go to Nothing Bundt Cakes.

  23. Have only had them in Wyoming after a supervisor brought them in for a job well done. Thought they were cute and pretty tasty. Huge though. Definitely for sharing.

  24. I only heard about it when it came out that they have abysmal working conditions. Never heard of it before that, no desire to try it now.

  25. I like them, but they are a bit overpriced. I think most cities should have a bakery that’s better and cheaper if you know where to look.

  26. I hadn’t heard of it until recently but there’s one opening near me soon. So I guess we’ll see.

  27. I’m not super impressed with their everyday flavors (sugar and chocolate chip) but I have LOVED some of their specialty flavors.

I like that you can go on their website to see the rotating flavors (and save the trip if none seem exciting)

I do NOT like how seldom they bring back the cookie flavors that have been rotated out, because I want them!

  28. Over the past several years years I’ve I’ve lived in major metros in Tx, CA, and now NY and haven’t ever come across them.
