1. My ex used to put a black tshirt down. With my husband we just use a crappy towel.

3. Yes on sex during a period, if the guy is ok with it. Give him warning so he does not thing he did something wrong. Also it can help with your cramps and pain.
   Usually a towel or we have a waterproof blanket for when we get “crazy”.

   Extra advice : keep sanitary wipes around. We use baby wipes. Also good for other sex acts and quick wipe of toys.

4. Towel or two if heavy flow. Yeah white does get pretty unsettling looking, maybe a dedicated red/reddish towel would be better. But blood does wash off pretty well with cold water when fresh and whites can be bleached.

5. A dark towel is good. Also good is for her to be on top. Be ready for a shower afterward.

7. Toss aside bedding, Black towels on the bed, baby wipes on the night stand. Clean bloody fabric by placing in a bathtub or sink full of cold water and salt, submerge for 20- 30-minutes before washing in machine.

   We do it but tend to avoid the heaviest couple of days lol. I’m down for it whenever but it seems to be a turn off for bf when there’s too much blood. Both times there’s been a fair bit, he’s told me he probably won’t finish.
