I just realized this the other day.

I got really angry and when I a sister told me, don’t get too upset, I told her don’t talk to me.

How I felt in the moment was, zoned in on my anger.

Do you guys think there are underlying issues here?

If yes, what could they be? Would love some insight so I can get a starting point.

  1. I’m the same way. When I’m angry or upset, the last thing I want is for someone to tell me to calm down or my least favorite, don’t be so hard on yourself. I hate both of those for some reason, they always make me feel worse.
