So i(24M) recently joined a new company with a hybrid working policy and im finding it hard to socialize because
– my fellow tech team is working from home
– we have cubicles so i can’t just talk to the next person sitting cause there’s no one there
– the only people in the office are HRs and Managers who sit in a separate room from mine, so i can’t even just bum into them while roaming
I really want to meet people in-person after 2yrs of lockdown
