Usually I link all my bad experiences together and remember them, I guess you could say that, this is how I will see myself.

It’s frustrating that I don’t do this, with good experiences. Does any of you have some good advice, to be able to see yourself in “better light”. In other words, connect good experiences to my character.

  1. Make a conscious effort to think about good experiences. Catch yourself when you start nitpicking and looking for something negative. Remind yourself it’s not actually adding any value to your life and wellbeing to look for a negative spin and dwell on it. Allow yourself to fully emerse in memory of the positive experience you’ve had, take note how much better you feel as a result.
