  1. So figure out the buzzwords that they’re looking for and add them into your resume

  2. All I know is recruiters on LinkedIn are full of shit. They say the systems are just like stacks. But I’ve made resumes that pass these dumb filters and they’re nowhere near what passes as a good human resume

  3. I mean, is it really that different from jaded, bored junior HR personnel doing the same thing? Apart from a huge increase in consistency.
