I know this skater and he’s coming to my city and we scheduled to meet and skate today however i had no idea he would bring more people along. I would get anxious enough around him but i could deal with that, but two more people? Please any advices especially for the beginning, how do i greet? Do i ask their names if he doesnt introduce them? Idk im practically panicking but i dont wanna cancel it, just wanna have fun in peace.
Please if anyone could gives advices and reassurance or sum

He probably thinks he is lessening stress with the extra people. Definitely learn their names and assume they will be friendly. Their responsibility is to be chill and vaguely interested in you. Just focus on skating.
i would recommend introducing first and then asking names so you eliminate the possibility of the guy not introducing them and making it kinda awkward for you. And honestly after that just focus on having fun skating, because I mean that’s the whole point of you going to this hangout in the first place
