Ok so there was this trend going on last month where people post NGL Anonymous Q&A on their Instagram stories.. then I got this anonymous “someone” telling me that he’s sorry.. when I received that message, my guts told me that it’s my ex… why? The way of him apologising is just so him… I mean, who else talks like that within my circle of friends?
But my brain keeps telling me that it might not be him as we stopped texting / talking to one another since 2019… But my guts keep telling me that it was him who dropped that message.. so to satisfy what I felt and suspected, I purchased the premium feature on NGL and it states that the person who dropped that message uses a specific phone from a specific location and voila!! It matches where he stays and it matches the phone that he’s using! (Please note that none of my friends uses that specific phone model)..
So this was what happened to us previously, 4 years ago we dated one and another and besides being attracted to one and another’s looks, we matched each other’s POV, beliefs, goals in life and it seems like we were made for one and another.. however, there were small misunderstandings and we split due to that but stayed friends.. and of course I begged for him to stay and he pushed me away.. after years gone by, we started to drift apart more and more.. it was also due to the fact that he moved to another city.. to date, I still love him but I respect his decision to break off with me..
So to all guys here… why would you apologise to your ex after so many years? What’s your intention and what are you trying to gain from the apology?
