I(23F) like the idea of riding and being on top of my partner (M), and want to be good at it. So far the only move I have in my book is just the basic riding position where you kneel with your legs on the outside of their thighs and go up/down, however, the range of motion is sooooo limited and I can’t go fast enough to make it feel pleasurable for neither me nor my partner. I’m trying to prioritise my pleasure in this position (not saying I don’t want him to feel good too) and do the work, but I don’t think I’m very good at it because he quickly takes over thrusting from the bottom. Don’t get me wrong, it feels GREAT but I feel kinda guilty and reallyyy want to give him a good ride using my own effort. I’ve tried putting pillows below my knees, but to little benefit. Squatting (like in an Asian squat) is good but gets exhausting quite quickly. Not sure if there is any relevance in physical ability or flexibility, but in case there is, I’ll share. I would say I’m relatively fit and flexible, and I’m able to do basic hip isolations (albeit not fast) due to being a dancer. My partner has a juicy ass and thicc thighs which is great, but also limits my range of motion even more in the “typical” riding position by raising the “starting position” if that makes any sense… I’ve tried searching up some YouTube videos too, but these demonstrators seem extremely capable in fast hip isolations or have some superhuman riding ability lol

I’m wondering if there’s any tips/tricks/modified positions from the vagina-owners out there or their partners? I’ve tried asking some male friends who I know are fantastic at riding, but their partners are males and they all mentioned that because of the (slight) difference in positioning of the vagina vs the anus, it would not be very applicable to me (who is looking for vagina-specific moves/positioning/whatever). I am personally not entirely sure of this fact as I have yet to delve into the anal aspect of things, but I’m more than grateful to hear anyone’s take on this if they have knowledge to impart.   1. I find it easier to go faster when I do reverse cowgirl. You can sort of twerk and bounce up and down really fast and hard. If your bf likes your bum then he gets a really good view and something to play with as well haha

  2. Instead of bouncing up and down, try grinding back and forth. I’ve seen some tips that say to grind and make a figure 8 or to spell out coconut. For me doing a mix of grinding and bouncing seems to work and feel amazing
