I was at a social for my dragonboating team. We ordered some appetizers and shared them. I asked someone if I could have some nachos, they said go ahead. Is that considered rude?

  1. I’m lost. What part do you think is rude? Asking for nachos or them saying “go ahead”? Neither is rude. That’s a normal conversation. It was polite to ask for nachos rather than just take them and it was kind for the person to let you have some.
