I am treated with no respect

Every snap i send people will save and make memes out of it. They always call me stupid and dumb, they constantly remind me how weak I am. They belittle me and treat me as if I was a child. One guy was talking shit about me and when I confronted him he just didn’t care because he didn’t care. They call me ass at my job 24/7 too which i will admit i am but still no need to bring it up. How do i gain respect
