Well, idk if this is the right sub but for me it worked with intermitent fasting, aka eating only during 6 hours per day, and then 18 you eat nothing. Just water.
One meal at 12 and one at 18 with a small healthy snack at 15. I wouldn’t recommend starving completely, not very healthy.
Bad idea. Regardless if you’re successful or not, simply trying will ruin both your mental and physical health. You can reduce your calories in a variety of ways, but you should never eat below your basal metabolic rate.
I didn’t know starving was a social skill!
