4. My gorgeous Siberian husky pup. I totally adore her.

7. I gave up on happiness, it is a fleeting emotion. Life improved vastly when I went after contentment. Similar to happiness but long lasting.

8. I’ve started listening 🎶 more in the last week than I have in 36 years and I started working out.

9. Sleep, food and money

11. When I see my kid, wife, or dogs get really excited for something.

    Also, hitting the gas really hard in my car when I merge into a freeway.

26. Just being around and talking to my children (11 and 9) and hearing the weird and wonderful things that go through their heads. Like my daughter is going through a phase of making astute and bizarre realisations in the form of ‘technically so and so is basically the same as so and so else’ they’re usually accurate, but the sort of thing you’d never ever think of as an adult.

    Well, that and also schokobons, they’re pretty much tied as number 1 things. Fucking love schokobons

27. Getting a genuine compliment.

    Not that I can’t be happy doing things without my wife but I love sharing everything with her. And the times I am not happy, her presence cheers me up.
