Hi guys,

I have a problem where I really struggle to a rticlutate my thoughts. I have always had this issue but the past year its gotten really bad.

When I speak to people I feel under pressure and like I’ve been put on the sport and therefor really struggle to covert my thoughts into speech in real time instead my reply end up being really blunt.

There are so many times where after the interaction I think of how I would have executed it perfectly.

Any advice I’ve realised I don’t have this issue as much when im texting, emailing people only face to face.
