Is she saying she’s into me.

So one of my coworkers and I had a interaction where we both thought the other was upset. But when I said to them I was glad I didn’t upset them. They replied something like that wouldn’t make me upset with you I like you more then I probably should. Please I need answers cause I’m overthinking and can really ask them cause it would be extremely awkward.
