Should I be the first of the group to reach out if I just met them?

Hi all, I need advice. I was invited to a meetup of a new friend’s other friends. It went really well (yesterday) and I want to message the group chat saying I enjoyed it and if they’re up for it, we should do it again sometime.

I don’t want to be pushy or overwhelming since I just met them, but I can’t stop worrying because I’m afraid of abandonment… Anyway, I’d appreciate any advice.
