So. I am struggling with the fact that I believe I have a desire for sexy roleplay, but I don’t even understand it. The idea of my wife dressing up as a sexy maid is super traditional, like, almost a stereotype. And yet, I’m normally a super cognitive individual and I have never understood how roleplay even works. Can someone explain how roleplay works? It’s hard for me to want to bring this up within my marriage without having some awareness of what’s motivating this. TIA!

Let’s say you like the idea of a super sexy nurse taking care of you. You should have to be a good patient and obey what she says. In this case you would be a sub in a dom/sub play. But there is roleplay for all kind of situations/kinks. It is like doing theatre or acting. It is almost believing what you are doing using your imagination.
My hubby loves the slut secretary look. Tight leather skirt, black stockings, waaay too tight top. Why does he like it? I don’t care, it’s harmless role play and he loves it!
