Besides exercise, making friends and hobbies?

  1. Learn to set up your own goals 🙂

Like honestly, it’s the best advice I can give there.

  2. You are in the right spot. Put yourself first and keep it that way. You are the prize, women are confetti next to you

  3. Consider your wardrobe!

Probably the best advice I was given was to look at my closet seriously and get myself some clothes that looked good on me, rather than what I thought I should wear or what was convenient.

You’ll feel more confident, and a great outfit does WONDERS when finding a partner. My wife on our first date lead with “damn, you look way better than your pictures,” and has told me that a huge part had to do with me wearing a bunch of ugly-ass outfits in my profile pictures and wearing a great fit on our date.

  4. – Travel and be well cultured.

    – Be comfortable with cooking

    – Upgrade your haircut and wardrobe.

    – Become confident and actually ENJOY just going out for dinner and drinks by yourself and making conversation with strangers.

  5. Learning to cook is a good one. Lots of good YouTube channels to follow (Adam Ragusa, Binging with Babish, Food Wishes, & America’s Test Kitchen are my favorites). You don’t have to be a gourmet chef, but at the end of it, you should have at least five go-to dishes that you can make repeatedly and excellently.

Reading is another. Reading helps broaden your horizons and also makes you more empathetic. And be sure to mix some nonfiction in there too (or if you only read nonfiction, mix in some novels).

  6. Gym, eat better and build your financial worth. Build yourself through dressing better, overall hygiene.

  7. Go to the gym everyday you can. It will improve nearly every other area of your life, including your money. Learn the stock market and stay in the loop, invest early. Stay on top of current fashion and keep your hair styled in a way that shows you care about your appearance. Brush and floss your teeth everyday, atleast twice a day.

  8. Well these tater tots that are about to come out of the oven in about 8 minutes 21 seconds according to Alexa are going to be a big improvement.
    Can’t wait.

  9. Once your physique gets dialed in, get some tailored clothes. They cost a small amount more, but will increase your attractiveness and confidence by at least 2 points. Take your old stuff to a tailor and they can most likely turn meh into wow.

Set goals—short (this month), medium (3 months) and long term (1 year+). Keep it reasonable and attainable. Revisit progress, every month.

Lastly, learn to view yourself through the right lens. There’s 3 of you: past, present, future. Be kind and thankful to past you for making mistakes. But treat future you like you would your best bro, and present you will make better choices.

Best of luck, surfing the universe algorithm.

  10. Find an activity you could seriously do for the rest of your life. I started doing hobby electronics in 2008. I still put together projects here and there, but my interest hasn’t subsided. I just have to fit it into my other responsibilities.

  11. Build ambition. Build confidence, build self-love. Build, build build. But do it for you. Don’t let anyone tell you you are selfish. Work hard and build things that make you happy and bring value to the world. Find new mentors, learn new skills. Don’t ever stop building those three things, even if tou find s relationship slong the way she or he should be second to your ambition.

  12. Learn new skills and topics man! Cooking, investing, baking, coding, any skill that’s valuable. The more you invest in yourself, the more smarter you’ll become.
