Husband won’t help me get my drivers license

So I married my husband at 16yrs old he was 21 he told me he would teach me
Then didn’t then he would tell me ask a friend to teach me (I have no friends) then he tells me we can’t afford a 2nd car and insurance we also have a son who’s 4 who needs to go to preschool or kindergarten soon who needs a parent who can drive my husband works so if we need to go somewhere has to be Friday-Sunday which I hate and he also hates but still won’t let me get my license I’m 20 now and I’m always at home with my son can’t take him to the park or the store or anywhere else when I want I get so bored and I can tell he gets bored too I just don’t know what to do anymore when I try to discuss it it turns into an immediate argument I can’t take it anymore

(I know the age difference is controversial we had our reasons trust me I know what being groomed is like I have been before with a different man)
