Talk about something in a photo
Example say she took a selfie of a music festival that plays music that you happen to like too
You start with hey i see that you went to “Music Festival” how was that like im thinking of going next year!
Establishing common interest helps alot in keeping a convo going
Dude, first of all she is a human too, so no need to fear. Do not attach too much to her too early, you will seem frustrated.
Do you know her personally? If not, she 75% will not going to answer anyways and if you should better talk to her in real life.

Text her about stuff in her posts/stories, like hobbies, food, festivals, keep it short and try to arrange a date (like if she has sushi in her story, ask her to get sushi together some time). Chatting too long is a waste of time if she is not interested to meet personally and you will end up as a simp.
You could always just do nothing and stop giving yourself anxiety over Instagram of all things
Bro, screw up instagram. You need to act in real life
Great edit 😂
