One day I came into work and an older female coworker came up to me and asked if I’ve seen , I’m gonna call her Linda, she asked if I’ve seen Linda.

Me and Linda used to talk alot, things got wierd, it was never addressed, and now we barely talk.

Older female coworker knows that we used to text, so she asked me if I’ve seen her. She hasn’t been to work in 2 days and she’s worried.

Linda has health issues that isn’t apparent on the surface. She’s very young and super cute and bouncy, so no one knows that she has health issues unless she tells you.

Coworker is worried, so I got worried and texted her asking if she’s feeling alright. She says she got a stomach flu.

So I proceeded to text her as many solutions to her problem, as possible. I asked her, her symptoms, went through the whole list, of hot forehead, runny nose, coughing, chest pains, body aches… pretty much head, shoulders, knees and toes.

Then just for the lols, I made a diagram for her about how to take care of herself when sick. I drew a pic of her egg head with a towel on it. Lol

Then probably around 5 hrs later she asked me how’s work?

I’m asking, after all that texting, did she genuinely care about how I feel at work, or was she just throwing that out there?
