I quit my job over a year ago so I can focus on my studies and my dad shops there sometimes and each time he does he comes home and tells me at least one person asked about me. And I have not been there since I quit and do not have any of these people’s numbers/socials so I never kept in contact.
Is it normal for people to be remembered for this long after leaving a job? I figured I’d be forgotten about like a couple weeks later but they are still bringing me up apparently. I was never particularly close with anyone so I am surprised

It could be your personality, perhaps you had an effect on them by being magnetic or energetic. Some can be more memorable than others based on a few factors. In my experience I still remember certain people from jobs years ago by reason of there aura.
