Long sleeves. Hats, applying sunblock before you leave the house and at lunch
Spray on sun screen
Sunscreen is always a must. People should definitely be wearing it more tbh
I use sun screen (spray is probably the quickest option for reapplying throughout the day but I prefer cream). I wear long sleeves or light capes/shawls and ankle length clothes. I always have a wide brim hat or an umbrella with me if I need to be outside… I don’t think the sun has managed to “get” me yet, I am very pale all year round.
Wear clothing that covers most of your body in fabrics that have a good sun protection rating and wear sunscreen or cosmetics with good SPF on the parts that remain visible. If you are outdoors a lot, you can also wear a hat, lightweight scarf, or parasol to help shade yourself.
UPF rated sun hats, shirts, and pants. Then a high SPF sunscreen for your face, back of your hands, and any other exposed skin.
If you’re driving a lot you might consider UPF gloves or sleeves when you’re in the car.
…I hope still apply sunscreen even when they’re busy
