Just asking to check all my boxes. After intercourse, I noticed the condom was halfway up the shaft. No problem, switched to another one. However after pulling out again, it was about 75% the way up. This worries me, pregnancy is the main reason why the condom is in use. How much risk does it almost coming off cause? I didn’t finish in either one.

I’d say the chance is very small. Since there was only precum in the condom, even if it slipped off completely, the chance would still be pretty minimal. Good job with the switching to another one, though. It seems you guys try your best practicing safe sex.
However, if this problem occurs more often, you might want to look into different sizes of condoms. Even though it’s not a big problem right now, you never know what the future holds.
