First time use

I (30 M) have been trying to experiment with anal pleasure and recently got my first vibrator from a Clone-A-Willy-kit. It is only about an inch in circumference made of smooth ABS plastic and came in a sealed plastic bag inside the sealed tube but in my haste I made what I assume to be a common mistake and forgot to wash it first so now I am worried what might happen or I might catch something even though I am the only person who used it. I made sure to use plenty of of lubricant, there is no tearing that I can feel and it did not go that deep only about three inches. Its been two days since the incident and I am worried to the point I can’t eat. I have been doing research online about situations like this and even emailed the company for assurance that the vibrator was acceptably clean only coming into contact with the excepted dust and understandable elements. Please any advice you can give is appreciated as I am very worried.
